Cancellation policy

• More than 48 hours before the session: free of charge.
• Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the session: 50% of the booking value is payable.
• Less than 24 hours before the session, or no-show: 100% of the booking value is payable.

Cancellation by Ban Sabu: In the event of force majeure or any circumstance preventing Ban Sabu from delivering a Workshop, guests will be offered, at their discretion, (a) rescheduling to a mutually convenient date and time, or (b) a full refund of any amounts paid.
